🔐 How to Access:

Log in to your Kasookoo Dashboard

Navigate to the “Reporting” section

Select “User Activity History”

📋 What You’ll See:

A summary view displaying all users and their current or historical availability statuses, including:

✅ Available

🔴 Busy

🟡 Away

🚫 Do Not Disturb

⏳ Be Right Back

⚪ Offline

Each status will show a duration timestamp to help track agent productivity and time spent in each mode.
