🔈 Speaker Off – Toggle speaker on/off for hands-free calling.

🎙️ Mute – Mute your microphone during the call so the other party can’t hear you.

⏸ Hold – Place the caller on hold; they will hear hold music or tone (if configured).

📞 DTMF / Keypad – Send dial tones during the call.
Useful for navigating automated systems (e.g., entering PINs, menu selections).

🔄 Transfer – Transfer the active call to another number or extension:

Attended transfer – Speak to the recipient before transferring.

Blind transfer – Transfer directly without speaking first.

❌ End – Hang up and end the call.
