🧹 How to Remove an Agent from Kasookoo

To remove an agent from your Kasookoo account, follow the steps below:
Step-by-Step Guide

1️⃣Log in to your Kasookoo Dashboard

2️⃣Navigate to the “Teams” tab

3️⃣Click on “Team List”

Locate and select the agent you want to remove

4️⃣Click on “Remove User”

5️⃣Confirmation Prompt

6️⃣You will see the following message:

"Are you sure you want to remove this user?

Note: Once deleted, this user will no longer be able to make or receive calls and SMS. The user will also be automatically removed from your Incoming Call Settings."

Click “Yes” to confirm and complete the removal.

⚠️ Important: Removing an agent is permanent — they will lose access to all call and SMS features immediately.
