Step-by-Step Guide

1️⃣Log in to your Kasookoo Dashboard

2️⃣Navigate to the “Voicemails” tab in the main menu

What You Can Do:

Listen to voicemail messages directly from the dashboard

Download voicemail audio files for record-keeping or sharing

View:

Caller ID – Who left the message

Voicemail File – Audio recording of the message

Date & Time – When the call was received

💡 Tip: Use filters or search to quickly find voicemails from specific dates or numbers.
