How to edit agents

✅ Step-by-Step Guide:

1️⃣Log in to your Kasookoo Dashboard

2️⃣Navigate to the “Teams” tab in the main menu

3️⃣Click on “Team List”

Locate the agent you want to update from the list

4️⃣Click on the “Edit” button next to the agent’s name

Make your changes:

🖊️ Update the agent’s name - Save Changes

🔁 Change the role between:

Agent

Manager
